The fun began at 4:00 sharp when the chili judging commenced.
While the chilis are being judged, we have our Talent Cook-Off.
Charcoal grill is available for those who want to grill their own entree.
We have music for everyone and games for the kids.
The parish provides:
- Grill and charcoal
- Tablecloths
- Plates, utensils, and napkins
- Corn chips
- Ice cream
You bring:
- Your own entree for the grill.
- Your own beverages - sodas, beer, wine, water, etc.
- An ample side dish to share, such as any kind of salad, bread, cornbread, or dessert.
You only need to sign up if you are entering the Chili Show or the Talent Cook-Off. Otherwise, just show up!
