St. Jude's has a wonderful group of Teachers and Assistants who share the faith with St. Jude's children and youth on Sunday mornings. Please complete a registration form for each K-8 child, which can be obtained/returned in the Parish Hall or Farmhouse or brought to class. Forms can also be downloaded from here on this page.

Contact Linda Morris for more information or if you would like to help in the Sunday School program.

All classes create a covenant which begins with RESPECT:

Remember the "Golden Rule"-- Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you.
Everyone is a beloved child of God & has gifts to share.
Sunday School adults volunteer their time because they care.
Please follow instructions.
Expectation for all to have a positive Godly experience.
Cultivate respect with clear, consistent consequences.
Treat self and others with love and respect.

K-8

Our lectionary-based curriculum for K-8 uses these resources: Lesson Plans by Church Season and/or Seasons of the Spirit. The Lectio Divina method is used for studying the scripture. The text for the Kid's Quest Bible can be found online at: http://www.biblegateway.com/; select the New International Reader's Version (NIrV) for K-5.   Each Sunday bulletin includes the scripture reading(s) used for the day to aid parents in discussing Sunday School with their children later.

Youth Group

Youth 6th-12th grade regularly meet for spiritual formation/bible study, service, and fun throughout the year @ St. Jude's.  We currently have an active group of 10-20 youth who participate in Sunday lunches, monthly lock-ins, monthly off-site fun activities, and various service projects. We have experienced adult mentors supervising activities and our Associate Pastor both overseeing and involved in the program. See calendar of events below. New youth are welcome. If you are interested in learning more about the program, call St. Jude's @ 408.252.4166 or email Maly.

Faith-Full Families

Faith-Full Families meet one Sunday early evening each month from Oct. through May; a special time for the whole family to share activities, fellowship, fun, and food. Contact the church office or Maly. More background information for those new to the program is available here.
