Outreach

• Increase volunteer opportunities for Social Justice/Outreach (Peter)
• Investigate and lay groundwork for companion parish program (Peter) 

Property

• Complete earthquake safety audit & upgrade buildings for earthquake safety (Gordon/Syd)
• Complete energy audit of campus and prioritize recommendations (Don Disney)
• Test classroom buildings for termites and tent if necessary (Syd)
• Upgrade parish hall for acoustics and lighting (Vance)
• Allocate sufficient money in budget to keep property looking good. (Vestry)

Site Plan

• Finalize site plan with implementation strategy (Jennifer & Vance)
• Raise seed money (Vance & Pat)
• Define and implement phase 1 (Jennifer & Vance)

Spiritual Growth

• Support Cursillo 2008 program with leadership and 10+ candidates (Lisa)
• Acquire baby grand piano for sanctuary (Laura)
• Uplift healing ministry of St Jude’s (leader TBD)
• Include spiritual component in every meeting at St Jude’s (Leadership team)

Community

• Make a 2008 photo directory (Linda Shonk)

Finance

• Revitalize planned giving committee (leader TBD)
