Lemon Delight

 

1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
1 Tblsp lemon juice

Mix above ingredients and set aside.

1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Blend flour mixture and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake 12-15 min @ 375 degrees until golden brown. Cool, then spread with cream cheese mixture.

2 pkg lemon instant pudding
1-3/4 cup milk

Mix the pudding with the milk. Beat 4 minutes.

3 Tblsp lemon juice

Add lemon juice to pudding mixture while beating. Pour ove the cheese mixture in the crust.

remainder of Cool Whip (lg container)

When set, frost with remaining Cool Whip.

grated lemon peel

Garnish with grated lemon peel.

Serves 12-15
